Domternal ("we", "us", "our") operates the domternal.dev website. This page describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
1. Analytics

2. Pro Waitlist Form
When you submit your email through the "Get Notified" form on our pricing section, we collect the following data:

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data based on:
- Consent - you voluntarily submit your email by filling out the form
- Legitimate interest - technical data (browser, screen, IP) is collected for fraud prevention and service improvement
5. Data Retention
We retain waitlist data until Domternal Pro launches and the notification has been sent, after which we will delete your data unless you have become a customer. Contact form data is retained for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. The only data stored in your browser is your theme preference (light/dark mode) via localStorage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to any server.
